Energy balls

Ingredients:

  • 100g ground almonds
  • 75g dates
  • 1 tbps cocoa powder
  • 1stp coconut oil, melted.
  • 2 handful of freeze dried raspberries crushed into small pieces.

 

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients except 1 hand full of raspberries into a food processor and pulse until you get a loose mix.
  2. Spoon out 1 tbsp of the mix at a time and press and roll into balls.
  3. Roll in the other half of the raspberry flakes.
