

Ingredients

- 75g coconut butter (not oil), basically just creamed coconut
- 10g vanilla protein powder
- 30g ground almonds
- Handfull of freeze dried strawberries crushed into a powder
Instructions

- Melt the coconut butter and stir until creamy. It shouldn’t be hot just warm enough to get creamy.
- Stir in all other ingredients and let cool down for a bit.
- Take out 1 tsp at a time and roll into balls. Roll in ground almond and strawberries to prevent sticking when refrigerated.
- Refrigerate until firm.
